I actually liked the 308 although it has the Magnum PI stigma LOL. I think if you could have put ANY engine in there why a Fiero engine? Its possible the swap was done for costs, maybe the previous owner blew the original Ferrari engine. Not sure if would fit but a Grand National 3.8 would be a a sweet setup! I know I seen a Fiero with a GNX engine, that sucker was mean!

My bet is he didn't like the rebuild quote the Ferrari shop gave him. At least the guy was smart and picked up a 348, The 348 and 355 are my Fav Ferrari's.Still a stupid thing to do and surprisingly the bidding is up to 12,999http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...03040
Vibe is gone and will be missed as I've gone country style
When my brother worked at GM in the GM Motorsports Division they did some testing with a twin turbo Fiero pushing well over 400 HP. They decided for insurance reasons it should not be made available to the general public.
What shame they didnt produce it! The Fiero GT ( I they last year ) was a really nice looking car...just lacked HP. Thats the great thing about hot rodding. If its not fast enough, you can EASILY change that lol.
