Anywhere to get fog light plugs?

Hi all - Been a bad season for the fog lights on the ol 2003 base... passenger side caught a rock back in Oct & broke - the drivers side was just ripped right out of the bumper by a coyote spinning around my wheel a few weeks ago.Anyway, I think I've only ever turned them on a few times so I'm looking for plugs or louvers or something that will fit in the bumper to plug up the fog light holes instead of replacing those costly units... does such a thing exist?

I believe the fog lights are the same as the Matrix, and the base Matrix came with black plastic grilles in the foglamp holes - not sure how they fit into place, though.
