Greeting all! There are many on this forum much smarter than I when it comes to computers.I (my wife) desire to pull a still photo from an on line TV show. (she likes a hair style she saw on it)http://www.hulu.com/watch/1257...ndingIs there an easy to accomplish this by way of pausing it at the "frame" I desire and being able to save that as a printable photo??Can anyone walk me through it? I'm not computer illiterate, just computer video illiterate! Thanks Dave
If it's on the computer, just pause and do a screen capture. If you don't like using the built in screen capture on a PC (I don't know what you have) there's a sweet program called ScreenHunter that lets you select just the area of the screen that you want and save it as an image: http://download.cnet.com/Scree....htmlI can vouch that it works in both XP and Vista.

If you tell me what scene you want I can do it. what do you need the picture for the easiest way is to maximize the video as it plays when you see the scene you want pause the video, hit print screen it should be on the top right of most keyboards if you use a laptop you may have to hit function first. This pretty much makes a copy of the screen that you can paste into any word document, paint or anything. Then it can be printed or anything. If you don't want to do this yourself just send me the time of the video you want.
Man, when I saw the title of this thread, my Moderator senses went into overload. I thought this was SPAM, as there has been quite a few SW SPAMMERs around lately hawking this kind of software. I was ready to report the post!! 'Glad I was wrong.

I'd use IrfanView, has a screen capture mode, loads quickl lightweight and free.Options, capture, ok, then play the hulu video, make it full screen, when you see what you want to capture, hit CTRL-F11.What hairstyle are you trying to capture, at what time in the video?
