Hello, I am a new vibe owner and this is my first winter driving the vibe. We recently had our first big snowfall and I am not pleased with the performance of the factory tires. I really prefered driving my 1988 Grand Am over the vibe in adverse weather conditions. Any recommendations ?

I myself run Winterforce (a little cheaper $$$ tire) fully studded and have had no problems dealing with anything mother nature throws my way!Whatever winter tire you decide to get, it will be a hell of a lot better then the stock tires!!!
Well said, those tires are like hockey pucks. I was really beginning to regret that I hadn't purchased an AWD but, since I didn't, I'll give winter tires a go.It seems that a greater percentage of folks are biting the bullet and purchasing winter tires with the consensus being that they really do make winter driving better. I think I'm leaning toward selecting based on best price. The folks I've chatted with have all purchased different brands and they are pleased with what they got.
