Basic Performance mods 05 Base?

Post by jscherf92 »

Is there a set of mods you guys would consider a "stage 1" for performance mods? i used to be into dsm eclipse mods and it was always easier to follow a stage list, but i havent found one for the vibe. I know magnaflow makes exhaust and skunk2 has headers and cosmos air intakes, but could anyone make like a maximum gain list or just a basic mods for gain list??

What's up neighbor, I'm in Atlanta, GA. We should meet up some time. Back on topic stage one would be intake, header, exhaust, springs, and wheels. My recommendations are:Cold Air Intake - Injen or Fujita Short Ram Air Intake - Cosmo w/an AEM FilterHeader - JP Performance or DC SportsExhaust - Magnaflow or a combination mid pipe and muffler (like my set up) Make sure the exhaust is free flowing, it is mandrel bent, and is stainless steel. Stay away from crush bent exhaust piping.Springs - Eibach Sportlines, H&R, or TeinWheels - 17" or 18" x 8" wheel with a +32 offset Note: you may need to get some centering rings. You can find them for about $8 for a set of 4.
