Intake air temperature sensor location

Post by dunnerD »

I bought a performance chip to increase milage/pwr. It has 2 wires that are to connect to the 2 wires on the I.A.T. (06' Vibe 1.8 single cam ) I THINK the M.A.F. is integrated with the I.A.T. & if so which 2 wires do i hook to ? Can anybody help me ?

The IAT doesn't really exist on the Vibe because the MAF does the job. The "performance chip" you bought is a piece of junk. It won't work.

yeah throw that out, you'll more than likely lose performance than gain any.
