Helping a friend with an 09 pontiac vibe 1.8

so far, what are the upgrades performance wise for the 2009 vibe 1.8 L, my friend seems to want TRD first, but if TRD has not produced anything for it yet, what has everyone else done to it? A list of sorts would be good, like a great how to for the 2009s. Thanx.
