The original Mini's kick much booty, mine is a 1970 I brought back from England about 4 years ago. The body and paint were restored in 98, but some damned kid crashed into it in my driveway like 2 months after the reshell and ever so slightly dented the body behind the passenger door. Currently it needs a complete engine overhaul, but the little ******* ran 15k on 1 known bad cylinder, and another with hoaky compression!! Now, it is dead. Conveniently though, where I am moving in Denver, is pretty much co-located with the best Mini engine shop stateside.
