Post by hhvibe »

I am about to get some ws60's for my o9 fwd. Am considering the slightly narrower size to cut through snow better.Anybod have any experience with this?

I think you would be the first who wanted to try and get a tire that narrow on to the rim.I have 205 on mine and that was pushing it, according to the tire guy. LOL

I did exactly that two months ago. WS60's in 195/60R16's on an extra set of stock steel 16"x6.5" rims. It was noted that the ws60's were the only winter tire that came in that narrower size. I just have not swapped them onto the car yet ... was thinking of putting them on Thanksgiving weekend .... unless some bad weather is forcast earlier.
