I don't think he was drunk. I think he had some quaaludes or Methaqualone. I remember guys on it back in the 70-80 and that is exactly what they acted like when they tried to function. lol pretty funny. brings back some memories. my wife who is an RN at the inner city hospital says he is high on ketamine.
