Replacement subwwofer for M&T?

Post by DrunkenMonster »

I would like to know who has done it and if they used the stock amp to power it or not. Also what subwoofer replaced the stock one. I am looking at a JL 6.5W3.

Here is what I did:http://www.timothyhoogland.com...=3152I would recommend an aftermarket AMP over the stock.

There is no telling if the JL will work in the depth and volume provided... tha'ts for you to figure out... you would definitely want an aftermarket amp on it though.. In fact, you should ditch the stock amp completely.. IMO..
