Hi all... I forgot my password and have been just lurking forever question,Got my 06 base vibe and was wanting to put a SRI on, I know Cosmo makes a good affordable one, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't gona hose my self with any Texas emissions laws cause the Cosmo doesn't have a CARB number."Vehicles without aThermostatic Air Cleaner (TAC)Vehicles that are originally manufacturedwithout a TAC system can have any type ofaftermarket open-type air filter/intakesystem installed because this type of systemis not an item of inspection."is what I got from the states IM website so I should be cool me thinks.
