Auto Lights

Post by 09vGT »

My auto light don't seem to kick on until it is almost completely dark. Our other cars with auto lights come on way before the vibes. Wondering if everyone's vibes do this. Sometimes if i turn them on then back off they will stay on... :S Do you think covering the sensor with tape would make it a little more sensitive, or would they stay on all the time? Thanks..

In my '05 I think the auto lights are too sensitive and come on too often.

Mine come on pretty early - sometimes in the shade on a cloudy day.You could b!tch to the dealer about a warranty repair.

I have a couple of things that I need to take it in for warranty.. Ill mention it, because going to the car wash during a cloudy day still won't set them off..

My 07 comes on early. On certain cloudy days even the darkness of a heavily treed road will cause the lights to turn on.Dave
