http://www.caranddriver.com/re..._testI read an article the other day, small blip about the TSX now having the V6 option. But should fans really rejoice? There are many articles out there but for me I (removed) my head a little bit. I mean sure you have V6 power now, but you had to do a bunch of work up front to support the weight up front and the offset distribution as a whole.I read the numbers and they are not all that above the 4's, at least not impressive enough to warrant the upgrade price. I'm really shocked as to why they did not opt for the turbo version of the 2.4L like in the RDX. The 2.4 for Honda is a great engine, they have it in the TSX, RDX, Element to name a few. And in the latter two there is AWD. So why not bring in a turbo 4 with some fun and excitement, save the weighty V6 for the TL and give an AWD option that would fit in the car nicely.
One reason could be that the RDX has had some reliability problems. A neighbor told me that hers was in the shop so much she would call it a lemon. They got rid of it and got an RL.
