its cool to see EV's returning, but... the volt and ford/volvo's EV car with a IC engine onboard to charge is a good idea as it extends the range much further. There was another nissan I thought the miev or something that had vans in its bumper to charge on braking.....

IU checked Autotrader again and it says the Nissan Leaf is coming in Dec of 2010. It has a range of 100 miles. Consumer Reports says it will have a 3 year lease for $349 a month and retail for $25,000 (after the 7500 tax credit for electric vehicles).
