No need to change it. Serpentine belt is around 60K I believe, but I'd check it for cracks or weathering. You can try cleaning your MAF sensor and Techron injector cleaner to see it that will help your idle.MAF Sensor Cleaning How-To: http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=36907

Unfortunately the 1ZZ is not a particularly smooth running engine, so you will get vibration when idling in gear. Not much you can do about it, "works as designed."I once had a seriously rough idle and the dealer cleaned the throttle body which seemed to have helped.

Yeah the base vibe engine can be pretty stubborn at times. Mine did the same around 60k I removed the throttle body and cleaned it, that seemed to help some, but i also installed a spacer at the time, so not sure which one helped the most. Also i would change the plugs if you have not already, yeah dont but into that 100k mile thing, mine were toast at 55k or so. Since then I think i've learned to live with it, after all its a VIBE...rator ! If its not running bad otherwise, I wouldnt stress it, got 112k on mine now and from time to time the idle will drop to like 600 but goes back to normal. You gotta look at all the electronics in vehicles, something is bound to be off somewhere. Honestly I think the electronic throttle control on the base model has something to do with it, but then again this is all just speculation. Well let us know if you have any luck.

mine got worse so i took my throttle body off cleaned the entire throttle body of carbon and dirt inside and out, took off the idle air control valve off the throttle body and cleaned that inside and out, put bearing grease on the iac valve bearing, cleaned the maf sensor. put it all back on and the vibration is still there but its no where near as bad. the attached document shows how to clean everythingcleanig guidehttp://www.megaupload.com/?d=1SM6LSOD

I recently did this, very easy and it eliminated my cold weather idle issues.

I restarted this because being I have had my car since new. ANd others who hit 60 k or so seem to be having the same ssue. And the idle especialy in cold weather under 40F had gotten worse on mine. I did change the intake gasket. BUT the issue was not entirely cured. Odd about mine, sometimes my seat buzzes when this is happening and even in warm temps and engine "fully warm" and is it's not an "all the time issue" in warm weather. Suspecting the ISC was not working properly. I decided to clean the ISC or some call it IACV. I removed the throttle body today. But did not remove ISC from throttle body. Used some mild carb cleaner and finished with electrical cleaner that is used on MAF and compressed air to blow it all out. A lot of dark stuff came out. Some say this is carbon. But my thinking it's actually wear particals of Aluminum oxide. I drove it a short bit and it seems better. But it's not going to be cold enough for a true test for at least 4 months. Question about eh small screws They are I believe phillips on the body. The ones on the sensor are a 5 point. Which I do not know where to get a tip that fits 5 point. AS I said before, I did not remove the ISC. I would have liked to remove the sensor since that is the end of the shaft you could see and clean.
