2003 Silver Touch Up Paint Help Needed

I need some advice on where to get touch up paint for my silver 2003 Vibe. I started out my Monday morning by taking about a 2 inch strip of paint off of my bumper, and I am wondering if anyone knows where I can go to get a small bottle of touch up paint. Also, is there any product codes needed and about how much something that like that would cost- Thanks for your help- much appreciated-Tony
