fan only blows on high
My wife called me and first complained that the AC was not working . But then she later revised this saying that the fan only blows when it is on the highest setting...that's better .What controls the fan settings,,,switch, fuse,...?

Your blower resistor is shot. When they fail, they fail so that the blower will continue operating at the highest speed. Search around, there's a howto for replacing it. It's somewhere under the passenger's side dash in the hvac box. Not an overly expensive part,IIRC.

An update:Chev. dealer did replace the resistor under warranty this past Friday.
