Hi,I'm looking to do an oil change and replace the oil filter of my '05 Vibe. What is the best oil filter I can buy locally here in Toronto, Canada?Which would you recommend? I would appreciate some quick suggestions as I want to get this done over this weekend. Thanks.
the Purolator PureOne is the brand and type i use. part# PL 14476 you can also use PL 1447. the second is a slightly longer filter used in the GT models but they are interchangeable
While I do not know for sure as I'm not Canadian, but I do not see why not. you should be able to order them online from any number of places.I have ordered Oil and filters from Amazon even.
I usually go buy toyota filters at a toyota dealer. I can't remember the exact price but it was only like 4-5 bucks each and I usually pick up 5 or 6. Dont go to a gm dealer they will sell you the same filter for like 10 bucks each.

You can try Napa (carries Wix, also a good filter) or as already has been mentioned, a Toyota dealer (this is were I get my filters).
