I was on the road the other day and I turned on my A/C and it kept blowing hot air. I looked under the hood and noticed that the inner part of my compressor wasn't spinning so I guess it's not engaging. When I click the a/c button the rpm's go up and the fan kicks on to pull more air through but that's it. I checked the a/c fuse (which is in the most awful sport known to man, if you don't know where it is, try to find it ) and it wasn't blown so I put it back in. I'm thinking that the pressure in the system is getting low so it tripped the sensor (keeps the compressor from running with no lubrication) but it worked fine the night before when I went to the drag strip. Any thoughts?

Anyways, I paid the 20 bucks to have it checked out and the the actual clutch fell off. Seriously? It fell off. It had perfect pressure and the compressor was fine.

It's literally gone, it must have fallen off while i was driving. The bolts must have backed out. The part is about 90 bucks, something I can't spend money on right now
