Leased/Rented/Demo/Executive sell-offs

I suppose I should move this question to a new topic...I (think I) am looking for a 2009 Vibe GT. I have seen one or two opportunities to take advantage of a "new" GT that has been driven with a few (or even a few thousand) miles on it. How does one go about finding these exec/demo vehicles and what's the going rate for these cats?
