hahahahaha! Deadly deal is right - a fatal blow to your wallet.I'd LOVE to see what's inside this thing. A couple of resistors at best... No way can that contraption work. I googled and found a different one is one with dyno result!!! LOL!EDIT: ANd another! It's a couple of caps, much like the underhood voltage stabilizer someone here has... Caps filter out the fluctuations in the line by boosting the sags and absorbing the spikes..

I concur on the caps part, but its so small I think it would do hardly nothing. I can see a real voltage stabilizer doing more but when I had mine I didnt think I saw mpg increases just less dimming of headlights when rolling up windows and that sucker had some big caps inline.
