Toyota Echo Hatchback

Post by Sputnik »

I was reading the Chevy Aveo thread and someone said it was kinda like a toyota echo on steroids. While at the gym today I saw on TV and ad for the Much Music Temp and they are giving the temp a Toyota Echo Hatchback! Which looks a lot like a Chevy Aveo. Apparently its to be sold in Canada only.I think its pretty ugly if you ask me. I haven't seen any on the roads yet. Canadian Driver story: http://www.canadiandriver.com/news/030213-9.htm

Yeah... what size do you think those tires are? They look about 6 inches!

That size of car is good for two things...small roads like in Japan, and small people. That's about it.

All GM has to do is drop an LS6, racing seats, and drop the exhausts and it's the next sport compact muscle car. I mean if people go for the Neon with 220hp, won't they die for the Aveo with 400hp? LOL

Looks an awful lot like the Swatch Smartcar from Europe to me.

I believe this car will be sold in the US under the Scion label. It is a new division of Toyota ment to apeal to a younger set. Check out this site...http://www.scion.com/drive/drive_xa_photos.html#
