After trying all the available springs for AWD, I'll stay where I'm at. There are no coilovers for the AWD either. So the only other option is airbags, which would be cool but they are too spendy... Hmmmm...airbags would look cool though... no, no, must resist....

Not two weeks ago my father was over for his projector install, and he owns a matrix as most know(he is 68 BTY). He rode in my car, and it's lowered on the canuck springs, and he said he noticed a very, very slight more bounce/firmness to the ride on the 16" winter tires and rims, compaired to his stock ride in the matrix. He liked the ride.I told him he will have to take a ride in the spring when the 18's are on.I was eyeing up those air bags myself but i can't give up the storage room in the back for the compressor and tanks.

Quote, originally posted by BlueCrush »I was trying to have a Lowered AWD with a nice ride....Not possible (for my tastes) SO stock it's going to stay.I almost totally agree, and maybe it is because the ride on your old springs feels cushiony compared to the Hotchkis springs but then again I can't think of a spring that rode quite as harsh as they did. I will take the 1" drop and the great ride quality from these cut oem springs, and never again wish for an AWD dropped car.... at least not my Vibe anyway thanks again Brian
