09 Vibe sun visor falls off

My 09 Vibe sun visor on drivers side falls off. There are little clips that apparently just wont hold it? Has anyone else had this trouble or do I have a faulty one?

Mine doesn't fall off, but the clip sure isn't tight.

hmm not sure how these visors work but does the hinge part fall off, the visor slide off its arm or the clip doesnt hold the visor up against the ceiling?
