Well, you guys were right, the AWD Vibe is awesome in snow! I was a die hard Honda person and bought my new 2009 AWD Vibe (Zippy) after my Honda passed away, I thought well this will do I guess. I have to admit, I'm now converted, I feel so safe in my Pontiac and it handles very well. Wish I would've given them a chance years ago!!! No more white knuckle driving in snow for me, next, I'm on a mission to get those designated snow tires, no one can stop me now, LOL!!!!

The new AWD system is suppose be to leaps and bounds superior to the 1st Gen Vibe even though the the previous gen worked flawlessly.

I don't know mine did just fine today. Had to start on several inclines today and the people behind me just kept spinning tires lol. I spun a tiny (only cuz i was trying to throw snow on the car behind me HAHA) bit but then I took off.

AWD is very nice! but man nothing like a really good set of snow tires on any car...helps SOOOOO much. I should of had a in car camera for the crap i went through a month ago, had to dodge and weave around slow lame people getting stuck on a hill :s Glad to hear you like the vibe! Hard to find a awd car with its versitility, the vibe sure pulled it off.
