I've been using that number for quite some time now. It's the only 411 number I use. If you haven't tried it, give it a shot!! 800-goog-411 (800-4664-411)

I use 1-800-CALL-411It's a free 411 service provide by Microsoft. I've called it 5 or so times in the last few months, works flawlessly. http://www.livesearch411.com/
