saw euro altezza tail lights for the matrix

i was surfing around ebay today and saw they had euro altezza lights for the matrix. personally i found them ugly and kind of "yesterday." i remember reading some post about them and how some wanted them, so do these fit on the vibe, or are the matrix and vibe tail lights different?

The tail lights are indeed different between the two. Unfortunately (for those who want them) they won't fit.

They will be making them for the Vibe, too. I dont like the style that they are selling on eBay for the Matrix. I'm not a big chrome fan, for one thing. I'd much rather see paintable ones or Carbon Fiber. The lenses themselves look ok, just the whole light assembly needs to be refined.

i do agree with you there. i liked the plain ones someone posted on here a while back, they werent very flashy, but added more of a customized look. the plastic looking chrome ones are over done.

Carbon fiber ones are cool, though I can't see myself actually buying them.

agreed. they just don't flow with the rest of the car. plus they look cheap.

I saw those lights on a matrix at the seaside meet, and I must admit,t hey looked very nice! I'm not a fan of the "rice appeal", but they don't look it at all...the car looked very schweet!

Anyone know when the Altezzas are supposed to be available for the Vibe??? I've been periodically checking Altezza's website and they don't say. It just says that they are coming soon. Yeah, well, so is Christmas. I'm getting impatient. I'd like to see them.

Personally, i'd just like it if they had white'd out versions of the stock lights. All the different lenses and stuff in the Altezzas seems a bit...ugly. But that's my own opinion.Of course, if/when they ever release some for the Vibe, that opinion may change!

I've emailed 3 different companies, can't remember them though... woops... anyways, they all told me that basically it is expensive to make a product and blah blah blah, so I'm not expecting any taillights for our Vibes anytime soon, maybe if we tape a Toyota or Honda sticker over the Pontiac they'll pay attention?
