Hello all, just recently became a new Vibe owner.About 6 months ago I decided it was about time to replace my old Corolla. At 1st I was looking at buying a Escape/Tribute SUV.But after a couple months, stumbled across the Matrix.I had never seen the Matrix before and thought it could be my next car. After a bit of research found out the Matrix had a twin, the Vibe.I had never seen nor heard of the Vibe, at least that is what I thought. The Vibe definitely looks a lot nicer than the Matrix.I decided to call my 2 brothers and ask them if they knew about the Vibe. One of my brothers told me that he has owned a Vibe for the past 4 years. It is strange how I never took notice to my brothers car, and yet that is what I decided to buy. Now both of us own Vibes. My other brother has a Pontiac Montana.
Nice looking Vibe. yeah, its funny that way with cars, I didn't pay attention to them either before the GF started looking at them. But lucky for me, I got the Vibe, she got the Mazda5.
Actually my Vibe came with a small dent, you can see it in my sig.It is located in the rear quarter panel. It is a 2005 model and my brother has a 2003 (he bought his new)I got mine from a Honda used car lot. They sold it to me for a lot less because of the dent.Oh and my brother lives in Tulsa, and is not a member here.

neptune goodalso, I really hadn't paid much attention to Vibes before ours, our neighbor had one and when our car got totalled I asked him how he liked it.
I've always thought the Vibe looks soooo much better than the Matrix. So much so, that I was ONLY looking for Vibes when I bought mine a few weeks ago ('05 Platinum, 5-spd, w/appearance package). I didn't even consider a Matrix.BTW, the blue looks great. I tend to prefer lighter colors, though, like silver, white, gold, etc. just because they're easier to keep clean and cooler in the NM sun.
