Transmission Oil

Does anybody have a preference in brand for transmission oil? What would be ideal to go with for something that will need to tolerate sub-zero temperatures (-35F) in the winter. Looking for something that will help keep my transmission strong for a long time. I own a 2003 GT with 36,000 miles and will probably do it in Spring.
