Projector Retrofit

Post by Wolfman213 »

Has anyone attempted a projector retrofit in the Vibe yet? Just looking for any info like whether someone know's where to purchase them or items for them, has done one themselves and has any pointers, or anything else for that matter.

working on them now... i'll keep ya posted with a write upbut in the end your looking at about 500bucks or more for a second set of headlamps and all the pieces you need for the retrofit. And thats the price if you do it yourself. If you pay someone to do it your looking at 900-1400bucks

i'm going to have a set made once i can find a set of oem headlights for a good price. i'm thinking of using tsx projectors again, i've used those on my other two cars i had before. but since the 09's just came out i can't seem to find any spare headlights =/oh yeah you can check out http://www.customlightz.com they did all my headlights and i've known that guy there before he started the site...i was kind of his first customer way back in the day lol

the tsx projectors will work for your set up, because the 09's have a seperate highbeam. but not for the 03-08 being a bi-xenon set up.they would have to get hellas or infinity projectors because they are bi-xenon.
