Best Gasket Sealer?

I'm going to be replacing the gasket for my supercharger soon since it is bad. I got the one for the 02 Corolla, as I was told it worked the best for those that had numerous bad ones. I know on the SC install directions it says to use the permatex 'spray-a-gasket' but is there anything else that can be used instead-of, or in combination with that? I want to make sure I have the best seal possible because I don't want to have to do this again.

Use the permatex copper stuff.Just make sure you coat both sides evenly with the copper spray.When installing the gasket make sure not to touch anywhere you sprayed.Just make sure when installing the s/c,to keep it straight cuz once the mating surfaces touch each other,you want that to be the it's final place.Then make sure you torque the bolts on the s/c evenly.End of problems.Don't you have any copper left over from the install?

I do have extra Permatex, but was just wondering if there was something superior.
