bike rack

Post by chrisnotap »

I am looking for a good bike rack for my 2004 vibe. I am about to put on a new tubular hidden hitch, class 1 for towing a small pop-up trailer and a utility trailer for yard debris furniture, etc. Our neighbours and my wife and I have started to do a lot of cycling. I would like to know if there's a good 4 bike carrier that would either go in the hitch reciever or that fits on the roof or back hatch area.

Hi and welcome to Genvibe..!! I had a Saris hitch mount bike rack in the past... There are plenty that make them... I had a similar 1.25" class 1 reciever on my Subie and carried 4 bikes a few times.. no problem... Put the bikes on the back, get a clamshell for the top and go out mountain biking with 3 friends...
