Tinted/smoked tails who has 'em?

Anyone have any pics of their tinted tails? I think I have only seen Damron Jr's and a white vibe with the same body kit that had them. Found a local guy who will do it for $95 with the Nightshades paint process.

I haven't seen many Vibes with it.But a buddy of mine with a black Matrix has his done,and it looks awesome.The price is good as long as he does a good job.He's a link of a place that does it,it's more expensive but you can see what it will look like.http://www.jonstintedtails.com/index.htmThis is the best pic of my buddies Trix so you get an idea.

That looks pretty sweet... how legal is that for an everyday driver?I have the redouts on my tails and I like them, but if I could tint them, they would go much better with my headlight covers.

The guy was sayin' just get some brighter bulbs and you shouldn't have a problem with police as they will still light up red and be visible for all driving conditions.

Mine has tinted tails (Shadow). You can see a picture or two from the previous owner here (down near the bottom): http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2357553 I've toyed with the idea of scraping off the tint (it's just a sticker tint, not painted). I think a little color to contrast with the gray of the paint might be nice, but I'm not sure it's worth the bother. I think the taillight tint looks better when it's not so close to the color of the car.

No brighter bulbs needed.The tint doesn't stop the light from shining out,surprisingly.I wouldn't go super dark,as that may be a heat score.

Those trix tails look pretty dark. Does your buddy have any heat issues? Love that look. The local guy seems to do a good job, here's his site http://www.razloga.com/index.html what do you think?

No heat issues at all.That guys work looks great,go for it.I also love the look,kinda wish I had a darker Vibe.
