What is that mystery button below the A/C buttons?

At least on the pre '09s, what is that third button for? The one below the recirculation button for the A/C? I'm assuming it's an option, but what? My only guess is traction control of some sort....

Yep Dummy for vibe... on Matrix it was where the Defrost switch is.
