Saw some members have the mid-gate one, looks great! Curious how close the top spoiler is to the authentic GM version? Are there cutouts for the roof racks? Also, how good is the paint job if you have ordered the painted version?
I could tell you that the workmanship on the mid gate spoiler was really good, not sure about the paint b/c I ordered mine not painted.I would assume the same would hold true on the upper spoiler, I was hesitant to order it painted b/c of shipping, I didn't want it scuffed up or anything. I would also assume that the spoiler was made almost exactly the same as the factory one based again on the midgate, it was a perfect fit.*edit: I would email them, I did for the midgate and they got back to me pretty quickly... they should be able to tell you.
Thanks for the response. I'll contact them soon and post my findings. Kamikaze, how much did it cost for you to get someone local to paint the mid-gate spoiler for ya?
Ran me $80, I probably could have shopped around and got it a little cheaper, but they got it done right away. I went to a local dealer that also has a paint shop (reason is they have an account with us at my gas station so I thought they might give me a deal)I would expect the top spoiler to run about the same.I think they charge about $75 to have it shipped painted... I'm sure they do a good job, but I didn't want to mess with "what if" they didn't and I wanted to return a painted spoiler...
I got mine from them. I think it was $80. And it came painted and matched my car perfectly. Even if it doesn't come painted, it's still a great deal. GM wanted like $200 for the thing.
