Fog lights on base model (2009)

Does anybody know if it's possible to plug easily the OEM fog lights on a 2009 Vibe that does not come with it?Because I read that for the older models the wiring was already there, just have to connect the fog, put a relay in the fuse box and change the wiper arm, and then you're ok, like if it was installed by the manufacturer.I've check on mine and I don't see any wiring near where the fog lights are "installed", and don't see any place to put a relay for that in the fuse box...Thanks!

All Older Vibes came with fog lights as standard equipment. Only the matrix came without fog lights on the older base models.
