Fog lights on base 2009 Vibe

Post by SagWhite »

Does anybody know if it's possible to plug easily the OEM fog lights on a 2009 Vibe that does not come with it?Because I read that for the older models the wiring was already there, just have to connect the fog, put a relay in the fuse box and change the wiper arm, and then you're ok, like if it was installed by the manufacturer.I've check on mine and I don't see any wiring near where the fog lights are "installed", and don't see any place to put a relay for that in the fuse box...Thanks!

Depends on how you define "easily" you can buy all the parts and most of the wiring is already there. To do a stock jobg means taking the steering column apart. The OEM parts are about $300.

...search the junk-yards (automotive 'recycling' industry), should be half that cost.
...and the Devil said: "...yes, but it's a DRY heat!"
