You can bank on the fact that any company (not just GM) will do the bare minimum recall to save $$. If you have problems with your window, get it looked at regardless of the year. Like the recal says, if you paid out of pocket and they issue a recall later on, you could get a refund. So hang onto your receipt and paperwork!!
