Yesterday, Chris and I spent the morning finishing this season's mods on Pandora. We installed dual-tone horns (props to ragingfishand his awesome walk-thru!), painted the grills black (yes yes, pics coming), and put on the mudflaps. In a couple of days, I'll pick up and install my ScanGauge and try to beat my 37mpg.In the afternoon, we went out hiking and pounded out a great workout. Once we got back to the car, we put the lift up and the seats down and took a nap in the back! We probably looked hella funny with our feet hanging out of the rear, but it was a fantastic nap Anyone else spend their holiday with their Vibes?

Spent my first Holiday with the Vibe. Little cook out Friday night, took the GF shopping Saturday, Sunday tested out the cargo room by loading it up with Cornhole Boards, Coolers, chairs, my softball gear, and other cookout stuff for a race party, and still had room. Yesterday pretty much the same load went and visited the GF's grandpa in the Hospital then to her side for another cookout then back home, put about 500 miles on it since Friday. Still not used to the car or the view from it, but adjusting..........got a lot of comments about it being "cute" from her family, since they've only seen me in a 2500 4x4.
I spent Saturday all day with the bike (220 miles of just riding around)Sunday I spent the better part of 6 hours with the vibe... washed it, clay-bar, then waxed it... man it's smooth, and shiney! spent about and hour on just cleaning the wheels... I don't want to drive it now and get it dirty
I tried to start my Vibe this weekend, took my alarm, pushed it, found out the battery in it had died who knows how long ago, finally found a battery for it, pushed it, and got a barely noticeable response from the car, but the locks did not unlock. Tried again, got the same result. Opened it manually with the key, got in, put the key in and turned and..... NOTHING..... AT ALL! So somehow the battery in my pager died without me knowing, and somehow my battery got completely drained, great!
