Ipod adapter for 2007 Vibe

Hello, I tried to use the G-Net ipod adapter on my 2007 vibe with Band and Aux buttons, single CD, Moon and Tunes. It didn't work, they said it would but didn't. My question is short of soldering, what options do I have for adapers (no FM transmiters) does the PIE work on 2007? Really getting annoyed with the whole thing. Thanks for any advice you might have.

I have an adapter but it was for my 2004, I am still trying to figure out if it will work in the 2005-2008 1 disc head unit. But I am pretty sure it will.....
