going from roll up windows to power

I just bought a 2005 today manual tranny, is pretty clean with 35k only but is manual locks and manual windows, I was wondering if buying the power regulators for the windows and the original switches would work on mine? Anybody knows about this>? I dont know if maybe mine came with the conection in the harness and I just have to plug and play....any past experiences about this topic?thanks

Thank guys! I'm gonna try t his conversion as original. I have easy acces to parts and accesories cuz that what I do for living so if anybody need anything I can help let me know.
