Wow! That's a stellar job. Any more 'after' shots of the engine bay?

My memory may be a little dull after 40 years but in 1968 my wife bought a new 1968 VW Bug stick shift. I think it cost about $1,600. It literally rusted away by 1978. I replaced the gas tank in 1977 - and by 1978 the floorboards were going. You could see the street beneath you from the front seats. We had two cars - at opposite ends of the spectrum. This 1968 VW and a 1968 Cadillac Deville. They were replace by a 1978 Chevette and a 1977 Buick Estate Wagon.
