bluecrush has an awd (i think it's an 05 too), and he's done a few things to give his a little more power. check out what he's done to his to get some ideas for yours.btw, the vibe looks great

welcome to the boardthats funny. a supercharger won't add 75hp and that cost around $3k, less if you get one used but then there's install and repair of what ever gives out later

I see the title and scratch my head "Black Storm Chips". And alls I could think of was that chick flick where Matty McConoughy (or somethin like that), makes those glass sculptures from lightening storms, so I'm like, must be somethin similar. Nope, def. those faux chips to make your car not fast and throw engine codes.

very warm welcome so far. thank you.I have had experience with superchargers before (G60 Corrado).I no longer need to go that fast hahah. It's always satisfying to be able to affordably squeeze a litlle more out of your ride tho. glad to be a part of this group (family)

welcome to the familyi have too have the awd version... In order to get a few more horses out of the engine. i put on a Cold Air Intake from cosmo and replace the crappy filter that comes with it to a AEM dry flow filter. I also added an injen splash guard as well... It makes the intake a lot louder but i do notice good gains from it. I can still get over 30mpg on the highway with it on as well. You could hollow out your pre-cat to gain a bit more if you don't need to worry about passing smog testing. You could make up a custom exhaust. That is your only option there is very little after market support for the AWD versions.I am currently trying to figure out my coilover issue, as we speak.Everything for the awd versions are mostly custom applications.

you should be able to do some internals work to it like cams or header, exhaust and whatever else. they shouldn't be AWD specific...well, exhaust might.it all depends on how much you're willing to spend.you can check out the site below for the cams, the engine is a 1zz for base and AWD vibeshttp://monkeywrenchracing.com/toyota.html

Wow, read some of the feedback on this seller. And the people with positive comments can't spell. "grate prodoct"???? That says a lot. Feedback quotes: Only resitor, no Chip! cmmon u gotta be kiddin. ppl..... dont buy this crap plz! just a simple wire... THIS "CHIP" IS JUST A SIMPLE DIODE THAT WON'T WORK WITH ADVERTISED VEHICLE i payed $15+ dollars for a chip. what i got was a .05 cent resister. trash Did not work, Junk. Waste of moneyThis was not a performance chip but a very cheap diode in a stamped envelope !10 CENT RESISTOR. SENT IN ENVOLOPE. NO DIFFERANCE...WAY OVER PRICED.
I would love to change the world, but they won't give me the source code
