Pulse Plug Sparkplugs- a breakthrough?

I just found this new sparkplug made by Pulstar. I've been researching it and found the full range of comments from "it's a joke- snakeoil" to terriffic performance improvements. Anyone tried these in any car?The manufacturer says: "Pulse plugs incorporate a pulse circuit, which stores incoming electrical energy from the ignition system and releases the stored energy in a powerful pulse of power.
