I am a bit curious about Onstar's customer service after spending all week using it in my '09 Vibe. Time after time, I was connected to representatives that appeared to be clueless, even to the extent of disconnecting and providing wrong information. I particularly noticed that once accidentally disconnected, no attempts were made to reconnect back to me.Needless to say, in my other GM vehicle, priced well over 2X's the cost of the Vibe, I always received excellent service and accidental disconnects were always reconnected without my own effort.The cost of the service itself are identical in both vehicles? Anyone have any relevant experience?On a side note, it was confirmed the '09 VIbe is not compatible with Turn by Turn.
