Airbag Light Issue

Post by thebeansegg »

My airbag light on the dashboard says the "passenger" airbag is off. This happened after I suspect the Vibe got tired of my passenger (beeping) seatbelt sensor kept going off due to me setting my laptop on the seat.I am now scared the airbag wont deploy for the passenger. how do I reset it?

from what I have read, it says of if there is weight on the seat but not enough for it to need to deploy, it says on if there is weight on the seat over 80lbs I think and it says nothing if it detects no weight on the seat. Not sure if that helps but might explain it.

YES!I still visit GenVibe periodically. I have not forgotten about my "original" family over here!
