Auto Trans Indicator Light

I've seen this topic posted, but still haven't seen exactly how to replace (better yet, where to get the bulb). I know you do not need to remove the console--just removing the P N D Indicator will expose the bulb in a tiny recess. My problem is trying to figure out how to remove this blasted thing! Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have no clue...I'm surprised that nobody has figured it out yet.
