neptune spotted in williamsburg va

this morning on my way to work at 8:00am i saw a neptune two one vibe. was at the intercection of centerville and monticello. had an injen sticker in the back side windows. had another one but i couldn't read it. im pretty sure it was a base and it was automatic had an exhaust system on it too. wondering if he/she is a member
