yea I've talked to him and let him know about some upgrades he should get. I had the same type of basic system he had and upgraded last year so i know the problems he has gone thru, lol, been there done that. He said when he gets the cash to spend he would like to upgrade to the digital system as well as the better strut bags I currently have. I give him mad props for being one of the better looking vibes around atleast from what I've seen.

^^ Ya its a good way to have some fun with your ride and make people trip out. LOL. And for taking up space I fixed it up and made it really clean in the trunk if you look. There is actually alot of room left even though I wouldn't dare use it and scratch up all that pretty diamond plate. But I did make 2 new boxs for my 12's one for each front corner to make it clean and still show all the toys. I'm still debating if I should cut a hole and mount my spare 18 matching rim flush with the floor. I don't know cause I'm putting new shoes on this summer so most likely not. Its basically how clean you make your system for room as well as how good it looks

Loving that digital switchboard! Could you take some pics of your struts, valves, and switchboard when it's on if you get a chance? I'd like to see what you're running. Also, are you using rubber hoses or plastic? Plastic sux IMO, but that is what I have and have had plenty of problems b/c of them! Yours definitely looks a lot cleaner and I'm sure works a whole lot better than mine! Thanks for the props though! You got 1 sweet Rolla!

Mad props any day bro, any help we can give to each with air ride is always good you know there are always little things coming up. I got rubber hoses and my valves are Firestone valve block or something, my boy is the air ride expert and does all my work. I know when he seen my old valves he said get these new firestone ones so he know the main details. As for getting pics with it on its all disconnected and to lazy to get that going bro sorry this summer will get all the pics in the world for everyone to see. But hey if you wanna see the valve block and all the connections the digital brain I can run out to the ride and take pics of that its getting a cover made for it so it open again. I'm online now if you wanna check that out post up I'm cool with that sorry can't be more help bro. Let me know soon oh and for the struts its slammed but i'll see what can be done thats all i can do now

I'm guessing this is not your DD which must be nice! Mine isn't either NOW, but it used to be, and I don't have a garage or drive-way, which really sux. Right now it is locked up in the back yard, but I did take it out today.

OK this is the best I got right now, if you seen alot of installs then you know that the wiring is nicely done and pretty clean. To anyone else they would think thats a mess but my boy just does this as a hobby and installs on the side he owns a machine shop so he fabricates all his own stuff. He makes anything there is for air ride and mostly Hydros, he makes full air ride systems from scratch if nothing is around for your ride. When I brought my car in I was blowing crazy amounts of fuses and had leaks all over, valves getting stuck a mess. Now never one problem no leaks and no fuses have ever blew out he really saved my car and is amazing. He also made my whole trunk set up after fixing all the problems.OK the digital controller buttons are like this: 2 far left are for the front left strut up/down , 2 beside them are right front strut up/down, the same on the right side 2 closest to display left rear up/down, next right strut up/down. Buttons in the right bottem corner:1is all up,1 all down, 1 saved ride height setting. display show psi for the tank in the middle and individual psi shown for the struts in there given corners if there are any leaks it shows a L beside the strut that is leaking. OK I'm tired, LOL the struts shown are the back and have built in Tokico adjustable shocks here ya go

I hear ya but my kit had two slotes in the back and I have seen and have friends with the same situation that put one tip on whatever it may be and looks bad cause the other side is empty and open. So thats the only reason I went dual magnaflow 2.5 mandrel bent all the way thru and its reall nice with the S/C now LOL.

Wow, your setup looks a lot more complicated than mine! Must be why it's quite a bit better as well! lol I see with your setup you have the air-struts instead of the bags like mine. What did the upgrade cost you? Didn't mean to be rude and leave, I didn't even get your IM until right now when I logged back on. I left last night right after I posted.

No problem bro I'm just playing, ya there air stuts with 9 way adjuatbility. Its alot more comlicated and alot wiring due to the digital system it hooks sensors into each strut and valve for the individual accurate readout here are the strut bags I got and had to modify to fit the rolla but its a bolt on for the matrix and vibe, lucky u for the future.http://easystreetair.com/index...D=374And this is the digital system youmost likely know about http://easystreetair.com/index...D=692I didn't want to dish out all that rather then working with what I had but you know with this **** you gotta pay to play its kinda up there but I now know the difference and its worth it

Wow, at this point I might as well plan on either keeping what I have (as well as all the problems!), putting springs back on (which I don't want to do due to the kit), or just somehow getting together the $2700 for the full kit and just replacing everything (which I don't see happening as I don't have that kind of $$$$ to play with!). Thanks a lot for the info and links. Right now I have 2 VAIAR compressors and 2 tanks, but the valves are acting up from time to time (could be wiring or just old valves, if it is the valves my bro-in-law works on semis and said he could rebuild them for me, and wiring is an easy fix). Problem is for some reason 1 of the compressors fried the power and ground wires together and blew the 200A fuse for no apparent reason. I separated and covered the wires and everything seems to be working fine in that dept, but still, I don't know why it happened anyways or if it will happen again. Hosing is an issue as I am using the plastic hose which easily melts and pops and is a ***** to run cleanly since it is so rigid, but I haven't even had any real issues with that too recently. I want to rewire the whole system just to eliminate that problem, but have yet to get off my (removed) and do it. Valves are also an easy fix it would seem, just have to release all the pressure from the tanks and remove the valves, give them to my bro-in-law and let him rebuild them for me. I guess the only REAL problem is the 1 strut and it is only $350 to replace according to an email I received from Chassis-Tech which is a lot cheaper than the other route, but I would sure love the digital switches and automatic settings! I need to buy some lottery tickets I think, or start looking for a better job!

Bro I had all those problems and I also blew a bag before I got the system redone. I went in just getting new compressors, struts and valves and just said the hell with it worked a ton of overtime and pinched every penny to get everything the way i wanted it. Then I was already so far in i said **** it work some more and get the trunk looking clean and pretty LOL. The car was parked more then driven last summer with the air ride then the S/C waiting to get in. I don't have the best Job but for me I make decent coin i only drive forklift for nestle/Purina and make somewhere in the $25/hr range so the overtime is what got me the money for the whole new system and kit. I work hard to play hard this is what I enjoy as I see you do to. Keep what you have no worries. And when the tim is right maybe just get the digital system then the struts, eventually some rubber lines and you should be good. But you know wiring can be your worst nightmare so I only suggest go over thewhole car and re-wire it cause that was my main problem as well, once that is taken care of the up-grades can always be saved for down the line. I know and you to it doesn't happen over night so good luck and keep at her don't drop the air ride cause that ain't cool. And I get discounts with easystreet so before you want anything let me call and see what I can save you every penny helps. I saved my friend like $500+ for a whole kit and digital upgrade for his neon so I can hook up something. Good luck keep it up and hit me up anytime D!

Thanks for the info and offer for help. I'm not quite on your level as I'm only making $19hr with some overtime at 1.5x. I have way too many bills at this point though to even think about spending $$$$ on my car right now, I can barely keep the minimum payments up! lol If something comes up I will def hit you up! Taxes are around the corner, but most likely I will be trying to get rid of some of my debt with that! Wiring def needs to be redone, just haven't gotten around to doing it yet.
